Frequently asked questions

1. Email clear pictures of the item.
2. Provide a detailed description of the item, including brand, origin, size, dimensions, condition, and any issues, if any.
3. State the asking price for the item.
4. Wait for the approval of the item(s) and the price.
5. Either drop off the item at our warehouse facility, free pick up within 5km radius of our facility or we can arrange hauling service for larger items at the consignor's cost.
6. Items will be posted for sale for a minimum of 1 month, after which a mutual agreement can be made to extend, mark down the price, or pull out the item at consignor's cost.
7. The sales amount and less commission rate will be deposited into the consignor's bank account or eWallet.

Our service include physically storing and actively marketing your items using various social media platforms. Our rates are reasonably set, depending on the actual selling price, as follows:

1. P1,000 - 10,000 = 30%
2. 10,001 - 100,000 = 20%
3. 100,001 - 250,000 = 10%
4. 250,001 - 500,000 = 5%
5. 500,001 + = 3%
